Spain ticks all the boxes for a great summer experience, we work with hundreds of camps spread all across the country so the choices are endless considering Spain has no less than 50 provinces. We’ve broken it down for you with a whistle-stop tour of most common summer camp destinations.

The Region of Andalusia

This beautiful region covers the entire southern area of mainland Spain and includes the famous Costa del Sol, Costa Tropical, Costa de Almería and Costa de la Luz. The summer camps that we work with are located specially in the south close to the coast, giving all participants plenty of beaches and activities to choose from.

This is possibly the region which typifies Spain in the mind of tourist; from beaches to quaint whitewashed villages, flamengo to fiestas. Andalucia has all it all, including the popular cities of Marbella and Seville – the region’s capital – plus a wide selection multi-adventure to choose.

The Mediterranean Regions & Balearic Islands

Close your eyes and think of sunshine, white sands, warm waters. Ponder the idea of relaxed living, good food and friendly people. Glimpse the striking colours of Cezanne’s rich landscape. Travel from cork oak forest, to snowy mountain peaks, to sandy turtle tracks on the shore. All of this, and much more, is the Mediterranean.

Our partners summer camps are especially in Catalonia and Valencia but we also have a few camps in Murcia and Mallorca. All of them blend a variety of aquatic and beach activities (water balloon volleyball, beach ball blaster, gun water races, etc) they also make a lot mediterranean cuisine workshops to spread the values of a healthy and balance diet, all kind of sport entertainment for kids and plenty of cultural excursions. 

The Canary Islands

Is not what you’d expect… Scented pine forest, haunting volcanoes, lunar-like landscapes, secret sandy coves, miles of Sahara-style dunes, beach-hugging resort, the beautiful, unique Canary Island wear many tantalising hats.

As temperatures across the Canary Island remain reliable throughout the year with a average of 23˚C, most of the summer camps runs their activities at the outdoors with plenty of aquatics workshops, waterskiing, swimmings race, lifeguarding, windsurfing etc. Many of the camps offer surf courses for their staff so you can join to this fantastic and unique experience.

The North of Spain

From the Cies island in Galicia where the most beautiful beach in the world is to San Sebastian in the Basque Country. This is what we call the “Green Spain” and is full of well-preserved medieval villages, picturesque wine regions, the beautiful Bay of Biscay coastline and gastronomical delights.

Summer camps located in the north of Spain have something in common, they are quite traditional; from flag raising every morning to camp fire at nights, they offer a wide range of activities such as outdoor adventures activities, canoeing, kayaking, climbing, they have a very strong sense of community and they foment among kids collaboration that competition with non-formal education games.

The Central Regions

Castilla León, Madrid, Extremadura and Castilla la Mancha take part of the central Spanish regions. Their landscape are richly patterned, with undulating plains of rich henna-coloured earth, neatly striped and stippled with olive groves and grape vines, stretching to a horizon you never seem to reach. Castilla is the land where Cervantes set the fictional journeys of Don Quijote with quixotic reminders everywhere.

Summer camps around these areas are quite varied, they are far from the beach but they offer amazing natural activities that you’ll never forget. They are specialized in mountain biking, natural craft, hiking, climbing, woodworking, etc. They like to do excursion to natural surroundings areas and make sleepover under the stars, a beautiful experience that you’ll love it.
